Big Dave's Big Wedding!

This bank holiday weekend we went to Big Dave's big wedding! I played bass in the band at the church service - and it was great to play with old friends! I'd never met Dave's fiance Lois until she was walking up the is aile - but but we totally approve! She seems like a lovely lass, and very suitable for Dave. The day was great as we caught up with old friends and saw two very happy people get married!

The picture above is the band with the lovely couple Dave & Lois. Posted by Picasa

This morning, after church we met up my old friends Jon and Pete with their respective "MRS". Jon was with his wife Rachel, and Pete had his wife Louisa. It was really great to meet up with them again - hopefully it won't be so long till next time! Posted by Picasa

Holiday in Hungary

Just got back from a long weekend in Budapest, Hungary. We were there during their national holiday so were privaleged to watch an air show (and race) along the danube and a funky jazz concert on the river itself with 20k people lining the banks to watch!! The hotel was great - up in the mountains overlooking the city. No doubt, I will be uploading the pictures shortly to our main website. Posted by Picasa

Little Thetford Sunset

Ang and I went for a walk around Little Thetford to watch the sunset the other day. It was a great evening to watch the sun go down and I took some photos which will be appearing on my website shortly. Until then, here is a taster...

UPDATE 2005-10-05: I have put the pics on my website now, click here to go there. Posted by Picasa

I've Lost My Shoe!

This week's commercial plug goes to a band called Bad Lizard... Tim, the drummer used to play in Ripcord, the band that I was the techy for and toured all over eastern Europe. Anyway, Bad Lizard are a very funky band with a new funky video. They have released a CD which can be bought on this page. Make sure you download their video, and visit their website.
