Ang Makes Cake.... how yummy does this look? Ang made a cake of maltesers and marshmellows on a layer of chocolate and cream!! Very very tasty. Very very fattening!

Geography Geek on Google

How amazing is this?! Google has released a new service on the website where you can have scroll around maps. Being the geography geek that I am, I have found it very interesting... but now they've just topped it!! For the USA they have got satelite images that you can zoom in and out of! The detail is fantastic - you can even see the little cars on the road. Its been fantastic having a look at the places I've been on holiday to - you have to check it out for yourself!!

Jon & Catie's Wedding

This weekend we went to Jon & Catie's wedding in Cambridge! What a great day it was to see them get married. The picture above shows them with their little baby Grace. Watch this space for a link to more pics.

Twisting Round Ely

Last Monday was a bank holiday and Ang and I stayed home to lay a floor (not an egg). While we were slaving away in the hallway we heard some thunder, but didn't think anything of it. Later that day we saw on the news that there had been a number of tornados in the Ely area!!

Sky News had a number of photos which showed 3 seperate twisters in and around Ely (including the one above). A few miles away in Newmarket there was huge hail storm where the place turned white with the layers of hail!! How exciting it is living in the fens... the great plains of the UK!

Fancy Dress Wedding!

The wedding that we went to was for my uncle and it was a fancy dress party!! It was also a BBQ with two who lambs being roasted on a spit over fire. It was a great day and good to see all the family. I am sure that I'll be posting some more pictures on our website soon... so watch this space.

Family Reunited

Last weekend we went to my uncle's wedding down in London. It was a chance for our extended family to get together. The above picture was taken of my family with my dad's parents; my grandparents.
